Moving Meditations for Families with Autism

<ul>
 <li>Take a break from stress and anxiety. Follow along with the movements for the maximum effect or simply watch. New visual and movement experiences promote calm and self-regulation.</li>
 <li>Developed by researchers at Dartmouth College for use by children and their families. The app uses innovative methods that support the development of self-regulation and a sense of well-being.</li>
 <li>The 18 pleasurable short videos are tailored to engage children on the Autism spectrum with unique visual and auditory effects. Observe the subtle internal shifts you experience while watching the videos. Being mindful of these shifts can aid in the development of self-regulation skills.</li>
 <li>The goal is to gently nurture the entire nervous system with skills necessary for daily living.</li>
 <li>Beneficial for families, classrooms, special needs educators, homeschoolers, and e-learners. Practicing in groups may foster an environment conducive to learning.</li>
 <li>The videos draw inspiration from Dr. Louisa Silva's research, demonstrating the significant benefits of regular gentle tactile movement therapy for children with ASD and other developmental challenges. While not intended as a replacement for hands-on treatment, our videos aim to activate similar pathways in the nervous system.</li>
